However, if your item arrives damaged, faulty, or incorrect, we will make it right.
Faulty or Incorrect Items
If you receive a faulty or incorrect product, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and clear images of the issue. Once reviewed, we will offer a replacement or refund where appropriate.
